Bliss Body Shipping Policy

At Bliss Body, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Here is an overview of our shipping policy:

  1. Order Processing

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 Working Days.
  1. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of Rs.150/- for all domestic orders.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business day.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  1. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through the link provided in the email.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations.
  1. Shipping Delays
  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions where shipping is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customer.service@blissbody.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged item(s) or providing a refund.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or other household members first.
  • If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at customer.service@blissbody.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
