Bliss Body Refund and Return Policy

At Bliss Body, we are committed to providing high-quality, nutritious beverages. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
    • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Process:
    • Contact our customer service team at customer.service@blissbody.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
    • Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Shipping:
    • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Inspection:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  3. Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact our customer service at customer.service@blissbody.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer.service@blissbody.com.
