Bliss Body Shipping Policy

- Order Processing
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders will be delivered within 3-5 Working Days.
- Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of Rs.150/- for all domestic orders.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business day.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through the link provided in the email.
- Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations.
- Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions where shipping is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

- Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customer.service@blissbody.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged item(s) or providing a refund.
Lost Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or other household members first.
- If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us at customer.service@blissbody.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
